The Townhall Verified listing

The existing building dates back to 1631 and it was built upon the ruins of a previous building which was destroyed by the gun powder explosion produced due to a berber attack in 1620. It is a masterpiece of the local master builder Isidro de la Chica and only the façade and the main corridor from the original building had been preserved which follow the design of a lordly house of that time.
