Monerris Ice Cream has been making artisan ice cream in Motril for over a century. Its story began in 1890 in Alicante, and in 1940, this ice cream tradition arrived in the heart of the Costa Tropical, bringing with it the authentic recipes from Alicante.
It was here, in Motril, that their most famous specialty was born: the original leche rizada of Motril, a unique dessert that has become a cherished memory for generations.
